Our Story

From Workshop to
Nation Builder

What began as specialised support for Western Australia’s industrial sector has grown into a multi-division powerhouse serving partners across Australia and the Pacific.

Westurn Engineering and Griffin Marine have each built reputations for excellence in their own fields. Today, under the Griffin Industrial banner, we operate as one bringing our clients deeper capability, wider reach, and a shared standard of quality.

Our Vision & Values

Why We Show Up Every Day

To be Australia’s most trusted team for building, repairing, and maintaining the infrastructure and equipment that keep our industries, and our nation moving.

Precision

Precision has kept projects moving without costly rework. We measure twice, cut once, and deliver the first time.

Safety

We’ve delivered thousands of defence and mining projects under strict HSEQ and ISO systems. We make sure our team works hard, and gets home safely.

Integrity

Integrity is measured in repeat work. From naval refits to mining fabrication, primes like Serco and Thales trust us because we deliver straight, safe, and on time.

Adventure

We’ve built coastal bases, reinforced offshore rigs, and delivered urgent fixes in places most primes won’t go. We don’t back down, we get it done.

Meet the People Leading the Charge

Behind every contract, every welded seam, and every delivered project is a team of leaders who’ve been on the tools and know what quality looks like in the real world. Together, they steer our companies with sharp focus and deep experience.
